  All of the staff, through administration, planning and building to completion, at Cubitt's Classic Home Improvements have been most helpful and responsive in moving forward on the construction of a great little granny flat that gives great and appropriate extension to our Federation Cottage. It's an excellent solution to our given space. It being an old site meant that our plans had to pass through the local council, which took time, but, Cubitt's handing the situation most professionally and I don't think we could have got approval in the way we did without excellent support from a great company.
